Microwave View Point is one of the many hidden gems in Idukki. The less explored nature is bound to excite a travelling heart. It is one of the best and less crowded places in Idukki. Its a fabulous place with a breath-taking view. You can enjoy the misty atmosphere if you visit early in the morning. You can sit on the rocky mountain to enjoy the sunrise. The area is covered by small and big hills with lush green vegetation. Viewing all these from top of the hill is really awesome.

With incredible view this beautiful view point is situated in Painavu. There are mainly two ways to get there from Kuilimala or Painavu town. If you are choosing Kuilimala route, then you can try to avoid Govt. Engineering college road because the gate may be closed by most of the time. Instead of that you can choose K.V. road to reach this place.
